The Company operates the ITSkills website accessible at the address, offering an online IT platform dedicated to connecting candidates and recruiters in the context of skills in the information technology sector. .

The purpose of these General Conditions is to govern the terms and conditions of use and sale of the Site, as well as to define the rights and obligations of the Users of the Site.

Any access and / or use of the Site assumes unreserved acceptance and compliance with all the terms of these General Conditions.


Subscription: refers to membership in a paid service plan providing additional services to “basic” membership.

Candidate: refers to any natural or legal person having the status of candidate and who offers his services to recruiters via the Site.

Content: refers to all comments, messages or information of any kind (text, image, videos, photographs, comments, brands, company names, etc.), posted by a User on the Site.

“Empreinte”: refers to the Curriculum Vitae (CV) of the candidate

Survey: refers to the job or mission announcement proposed by the Recruiter

Matching: refers to the suitability analysis carried out by the Artificial Intelligence (AI) of the Site and in particular the reconciliation between the Survey and the Fingerprints and the resulting hierarchical classification of Fingerprints.

Recruiter: means any legal or natural person, using the Site for strictly professional purposes, with a view to studying applications in order to carry out a recruitment operation.

Services: refers to all the services provided by the Company on the Site and in particular, the service for connecting candidates and recruiters and the services for analyzing candidates.

Site: refers to the ITSkills website whose address is

Company: designates the publisher of the ITSkills site

Users: refers to Candidates and Recruiters registered on the Site.

Site registration

To be able to access the Services, the User must create an account by registering for free on the Site. The User must be at least 18 years old and be legally able to contract and use the Site in accordance with these General Conditions. The User is required to provide accurate information which he undertakes to update immediately in the event of any changes. Access to the created account is protected by a username and password chosen by the User when registering on the Site.

The User is solely responsible for any use that may be made of his username and password, and sole guarantor of their confidentiality, as well as for any use of his account. The password is stored using a one-way encryption key and therefore cannot be restored by the Company’s internal services. To be listed as a Candidate on the Site and to be correctly taken into account by the Matching, the Candidate is required to provide his Fingerprint accurately and completely, as well as to update it regularly.

The User is required to indicate as his main address, the place where he is registered or his place of usual residence. In the event that the User provides false, inaccurate, outdated or incomplete data, the Company will be entitled to suspend or close his account and to refuse him, in the future, access to any or part of the Services.

Description of the Services and operation of the Site

The Services include in particular:

Managing User accounts, creating Fingerprints by Candidates and Surveys by Recruiters.

Matching “empreinte” with Surveys

Sending notifications to Candidates in the event of a positive Matching of their” empreinte “with a Survey.

The anonymity of the “empreinte” and workflows intended for the Recruiter until the interview stage.

The automatic classification of “empreinte” according to their relevance based on the weighting carried out by the Site’s AI.

At the end of each interview, at the beginning, during and at the end of the assignment, Recruiters and Candidates are encouraged to mutually evaluate their interviews and collaboration. The assessment left by a Recruiter may appear on the Candidate’s page. The assessment left by a Candidate may be visible to other Recruiters.

The implementation of additional services for Recruiters, mid-size companies or large companies

Access to the Site and the Services

Access to the Site and the Services is exclusively reserved for registered Users.

With regard to Users domiciled outside France, they are also required to comply with all the obligations incumbent on them under the legislation applicable to their status in their country of residence, as well as the obligations arising from their use of the Site.

Users are responsible for setting up the IT and telecommunications resources allowing access to the Site. They are responsible for the telecommunication costs when accessing the Internet and using the Site.

The Site is accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for all Users.

The Company reserves the right, without notice or compensation, to temporarily or permanently close the Site or access to one or more Services in order to update, modify or change the operational methods, servers and hours of accessibility, without this list being exhaustive.

The Company reserves the right to make to the Site and the Services any modifications and improvements it deems necessary or useful for the proper functioning of the Site and its Services.

Billing of Services

For Candidates, the operations of putting in contact with Recruiters are free.

Additional services offered to Candidates in liberal professions status (freelance) are subject to paid subscriptions.

For Recruiters, the survey filing operations and the analysis of Fingerprints are free.

If there is a need for more than one simultaneous Survey or for the dissemination of more than one Survey over a period of 3 months, a paid subscription is to be taken out.

The subscription can be monthly or annual.

Payment is made by bank card or SEPA direct debit through a secure payment service.


The User agrees to access and use the Site and the Services in accordance with the laws in force and these General Conditions.

In this regard, the User acknowledges that for the exclusive purposes of verifying his compliance with these General Conditions and applicable laws, the Company may take note of any content published or exchanged on the Site.

Likewise, it recognizes that the Company may intervene to moderate the content published, if they do not comply with the laws and regulations in force as well as the obligations of Users under these General Conditions.

The User undertakes to carry out all the declarations and formalities necessary for his activity, as well as to meet all his legal, social, administrative and fiscal obligations and all the specific obligations incumbent upon him, if applicable, in application of the law. French and / or the foreign legislation on which it depends, in the context of its activity and the use of the Services.

In the event of a request, the User undertakes to provide the Company, without delay, with any documentary evidence proving that he meets the conditions set out in this article.

The User is solely responsible for the proper completion of the aforementioned formalities incumbent on him. The Company cannot be held liable for this.

The User undertakes to make fair use of the Site, in particular not to circumvent the Site and its Services. It is forbidden to mention in the free text boxes any personal contact details, such as names, first names, company name, postal addresses, email address, telephone, or contact details of social networks or website.

Likewise, any User is prohibited from extracting any content from the Site for a similar or competing activity, or for recruitment purposes.

The Recruiter undertakes to write a serious and sufficiently detailed mission offer to the Candidate (s) with whom he (s) he comes into contact through the Site, in order not to induce the Candidate In error.

The Recruiter also refrains from using the Services and the Site to promote its activity or that of a third party. As such, he undertakes in particular not to send any advertising message to Site Users or to canvass them.

The Candidate undertakes to maintain strict confidentiality with regard to the exchanges that he would have had with Recruiters and to the information which would have been transmitted to him or of which he would have knowledge during a contact via the Site (having or not resulted in a mission).

Users in particular refrain from sharing with any third party, whether privately or on social networks, any exchange, information or extract of a conversation held through the Site.

The Candidate undertakes to only offer his services and carry out assignments on the Site in his own name. Thus, it is forbidden to subcontract all or part of the Mission to a third party.


The User is solely responsible for the direct or indirect damage that he is likely to suffer as a result of inaccurate, incomplete, and / or misleading information that he provides when registering or in the absence of updating of these information, for which he alone assumes the consequences.

He acknowledges and accepts that any notification under these General Conditions may be made to him through the contact email address provided when creating his profile on the Site.

The User is solely responsible for all the Content that he chooses to upload to the Site, the Company not controlling the Content before uploading.

The User is expressly forbidden to publish any Content that is offensive, defamatory, denigrating, slanderous, racist, xenophobic, contrary to morality and good morals, infringing, undermining public order or the rights of third parties, likely to infringe infringement of the rights, reputation and image of the Company and more generally, the content of which would violate the law and / or regulations, in particular of a criminal nature.

The Recruiter is solely responsible for the description of the Assignment offer for which he solicits the Candidate. In the event of an error in the description of the Assignment offer, the Recruiter will alone assume the possible consequences.

The User is solely responsible for the conclusion and execution of contracts relating to a Mission that he concludes with another User through the Site, the Company only intervening to put them in touch. The conclusion and execution of these contracts, which intervene directly between a Candidate and a Recruiter, take place at the initiative and under the exclusive responsibility of the latter.

The User acknowledges that the tools and technical means made available by the Company do not exonerate him from his responsibility for the legal obligations incumbent on him. In particular, he acknowledges that he retains full responsibility for any legal and tax obligations.

The Company makes every effort to ensure access and proper functioning of the Site and Services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

However, taking into account the limits linked to the internet, the Company cannot exclude that access and operation of the Site and the Services may be interrupted, in particular in the event of force majeure, improper operation of the User’s equipment, malfunctions. of the Internet network of the User, maintenance operations intended to improve the Site and the Services.

Consequently, the Company cannot be held responsible for an interruption of the Services, whether voluntary or not, it being specified that it undertakes to make its best efforts to limit the interruptions which are attributable to it.

The Company provides Candidates and Recruiters with the tools and technical means enabling them to establish a relationship for the purposes of concluding a service contract or an employment contract. Its responsibility is limited to the provision of these means, as described herein, and to putting Candidates and Recruiters in touch.

In particular, the Company cannot be held responsible for the frequency of access to Candidate profiles on its Site.

The Company and the User are independent parties, each acting in his own name and for their own account.

Consequently, the Company can under no circumstances be considered in particular as an employee / employer or agent of a User.

Since the Company is not a party in any capacity whatsoever to the contracts relating to an Assignment concluded between the Candidates and the Recruiters, the latter are solely responsible for the difficulties, complaints and disputes that may arise during the conclusion and / or the execution of said contracts. Consequently, each User releases the Company from any responsibility as to the direct or indirect consequences resulting directly or indirectly from the connection, the conclusion and / or the execution of such a contract between a Candidate and a Recruiter.

We offer free PREMIUM months with an accessible challenge.

If 2 referrals => 1 month free

Copper Si 5 => 3 months

Bronze If 10 => 6 months

Silver if 15 => 9 months

Platinium From 25: Lifetime.

The sponsorships taken into account are those which, following the invitations sent, have been transformed by the creation of accounts.

If the freelance has won 1 month for 2 referrals, and 3 additional referrals appear while using the promo, he gains 2 additional months, or 3 months in total.

Duration,termination and sanctions

This contract is concluded for an indefinite period from the acceptance of the General Conditions by the User.

Any use of the site and the services contrary to the general conditions and / or to the laws and regulations in force entitles the Company to suspend, without notice, the User’s account or to refuse the User in the future the access to all or part of the site, without prejudice to any damages that the Company may be entitled to claim.

The Company may, moreover, five (5) days after having informed the User by means of an e-mail message sent to the contact address of the profile, automatically close the account of the suspended User and this , without any compensation for any reason whatsoever.

These sanctions may in particular be taken in the following cases:

communication of false information by the User (documents, location, experience …);

Likewise, in the event that the User is the subject of repeated disputes or signals from Recruiters sent to the Company’s Customer Service, the Company will be entitled to suspend or close his account.

The closure of the User’s account by the Company as of right of the termination of these General Conditions.

Nullity – Waiver

Failure by the Company to exercise the rights recognized to it in application of these presents does not constitute a waiver of the exercise of its rights.

Modification of the general conditions

The Company reserves the right to modify all or part of these General Conditions.

The Company will inform the User of the modifications made to these General Conditions as soon as they are posted on the Site.

In the absence of adherence to the new General Conditions, the User has a period of 24 hours from the date of notification to join the Company by email.

In the event that the User has not been notified of his disagreement within the timeframe provided above, he will be deemed to have accepted the changes.

Applicable law and competent jurisdiction

These General Conditions are subject to French law. Any dispute relating to their formation, conclusion, interpretation and / or execution falls within the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts within the jurisdiction of the Court of Appeal of Chambéry.
